1). How to check price?

You can check our instagram account, we had marked prices under the reels. You also can tell us what you need and then we quote you price or leave your Whatsapp or email address to us and then we send price lists to you directly.

2). Can I have color cards or shape cards?

Our color card and shape card are not free. If you need you can contact with us to buy or browse cards photo from our website "Catalog" directly.

3). Can I have samples for checking quality?

Yes, we can supply small quantity samples for your checking but we don't pay freight.

4). What's the MOQ?

Order amount is not less than USD100.

5). How to send my order?

We will as per gross weight to check best shipping method for you. We can send by express (DHL, Fedex, UPS), by air or by sea. Most of cargos G.W. lower than 100kgs we will send by express and shipping time about 5-7days (inlcuding weekend). When we send out cargo we will supply tracking no. to you.

6). How to pay for order?

We will prepare invoice as per your order details for your checking first. If everything is ok you can pay by bank account, Paypal or Western Union to us. When we receive payment we will arrange your order and shipping.

7). Can we customized package and print our logo on it?

Yes, customized package is available. You need supply your design in AI files to us.

8). Do you have store or office in our country?

At present we don't have any stores or office in abroad so all cargo will be sent from China directly.
